how different communities react to the issue of restoration
The evaluative study of how different communities react to the issue of restoration is best described in the Restorative Community Conferencing program that provides a detailed report of the benefits and effectiveness. This was founded on the data supplied from January in the year 2012; the program is the first one of this kind and scope to be processed in Alameda County. It addresses the young people in the society and the crimes they commit in the United States urban areas; it works to reduce the problem of racial discrimination and other ethnic related disagreements (Wachtel, (2016). In the first few years of its implementation, it has brought about less crimination. This means that the crime rate has dramatically reduced in the entire community, it has diminished recidivism with more than 44 percent of the youth taking part I less recidivate activities. The general cost of living has been elevated with more families being self- reliant; this has eventually lead to connectedness in the families (Marshall, (2020). Racial and ethnic differences have also been dealt with to ensure that people co-exist in peace and harmony. There are various principles of directives that have been spelled out to establish minimum standards on the rights, support, and protection of the rights of crime victims (Gavrielides, (2017). The principles were adopted on October 25th to ensure that the criminals are not violated but instead are informed together with their families to ensure valid criminal proceedings. In my opinion, the criminal should be given their rights during the rectification proceeding. Although the process aims to deter them from committing a similar crime, there should be regulation of their conditions.
