How Great Leaders Inspire Action
Organizations and companies rely on the employees to meet their intended goals, or if they are profit-oriented, profit maximization determines how tasks are assigned. However, for the business’s success, the leadership bears the sole responsibility of guiding the employees to do what is believed to be right. Simon Sinex in his video (Sinex, 2014), explaining how great leaders inspire action, puts a pointing finger on the leader’s decision to determine the success of the business. The leaders are expected to make their employees love what they do and not do what they want because they need money. He further alludes that when people in the business context are the clients or customers believe in what the business does, achieving above 15% market penetration is simple for any business firm.
Even though we communicate with others more frequently, the business’s language is different from the normal and is a contributing factor to the organization’s success. How the leaders communicate to inspire others to interest in the products and services they offer. Similarly, it essential for the business to interpret the law of diffusion. This will make the leaders understand their clients and change their minds to believe in what they provide. Decision-making is influence and controlled by the brain, and therefore leaders should inspire others on account of their decisions and by mere words. Comparatively, business leaders should use their authorities like politicians to change their clients’ minds to believe in what they believe in. Finally, Simon’s overall idea is to change minds, sound decision-making, and understanding the business environment to achieve above-average market penetration for better operations.
