Salaried employees will be offered twelve days of leave after working for G-Tech Limited after one year working for the company, fifteen days after five years, nineteen days after ten years, and twenty-two days after twenty years of service. The number of leave days, therefore, will be determined by the number of years of service to the organization. Leave days will exclude public holidays and sick leaves.
