HUMAN TRAFFICKING IN ONTARIO
The following is the discussion of why there is increase human trafficking in Ontario.it includes reasons for increased human trafficking statistics ,individual risk factors versus societal/systemic risk factors and the law enforcement that can be taken to cub human trafficking.to begin with, there are girls who come from a poor background whereby they are attracted with valuables like money and find themselves in this mess.some parents even introduce their girls into this trade in exange with those valuables. Lack of education that regards human trafficking is another reason why they find themselves into the trap such that they cannot detect those traffickers. Some girls are attracted in the name of love. There is a number of risk factors in the issue of human trafficking .it is divided into two categories. This is individual risk factors and societal risk factors individual risk factors includes: low self esteem, issues of a family, issues of the school bullying and lack of protection from various abuse. There is also societal risk factors which includes lack of social resources being in a society where there lack social society and also being a girl. There is a law enforcement strategies that can be taken to cub human trafficking.one of them can be to redo a part of our education.in this case ,churches, hoteliers, youth and defense for instance can be trained so as to understand how this phenomenon looks like. Another measure is that those who are lucky to escape, they are given full support.housing, finances, counling is the kind of the support which can help them get back to where they were before so as to enable them continue with their normal lives.
