Idol Wear Company
Things have been going well for Idol Wear Company. Currently, the brand has been able to achieve the financial plans that were outline in its business and strategic management plan. Idol Wear has managed to gather enough resources that are essential in implementing the business idea.
Another aspect that went well is selection of the manufactures and location for our retail brand. We have already communicated with a textile manufacturer in China to help in the creation of our brand’s clothes. We also have selected a location in Milan at very busy shopping center next to a university to attract more young people.
o What could I improve on?
We could improve on our workforce. Currently, we only have 6 employees and we need to at least triple the number to 18 or 20 before official launching the brand. We can also improve on our communication with customers once we resume operations. However, we have already developed a social media page.
