The data presented in the excel sheets shows that there are many immigrants into the United States each year, from all corners of the world. The data shows immigrants come from countries such as China, Mexico, India, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cuba, and the Dominican Republic. These countries produce the largest number of immigrants in the US. Most of these immigrants settle in the US states, such as California, Texas, New York, Florida, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Georgia, Michigan, New Jersey, and Ohio. Once in the US, these individuals settle in various states where they either get formal employment or settle for businesses. By so doing, they help raise the GDP of these states and the federal government.
In 2018, there was a remarkable number of immigrants into the different states of the United States. These Immigrants migrated from countries such as Jamaica, Mexico, Cuba, Vietnam, Turkey, and Taiwan, with Mexico having produced the highest number of immigrants into the US in that year, amounting to 160,132. The graph indicates that the highest number of immigrants in 2018 was from Mexico, followed by China, Cuba, India, the Dominican Republic, the Philippines, and Vietnam. The rest of the countries followed fewer numbers with the GDP of these countries deteriorating due to the high number of people moving to seek greener pastures overseas. However, in 2018, the least number of immigrants into the US was from Norway, with Finland and Denmark producing higher numbers. In Central America, Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras produced higher numbers while Belize and Panama had the least number of immigrants moving into the United States. Generally, the data indicated in the excel sheets and show that in 2018, the number of immigrants into the United States standing at 1,096,611 immigrants.
