The Mail

Dear Sir,

My name is (NAME), and I study at ( INSTITUTION). My class is currently running a research project that aims to determine the impact of the Coronavirus Pandemic on our economy. Mainly, we aim to determine the effect on our local economy. We request an interview with you so you can shed some light on some of the issues we have on our project because many people depend on the existence of the Town Hall. A slight change in your organization puts the lives of many people, especially your employees at risk.

We acknowledge that the Pandemic had a significant economic setback on the tourism sector. We also considered the decline in the number of tourists visiting the Town Hall. We would like to know how your institution plans to adapt to the effects of the Pandemic. The Pandemic will reduce the Town Hall’s income. The organization has bills and expenses that must be fulfilled no matter its financial position. We are interested in knowing how you budget your resources, considering that there is a considerable imbalance in your revenues and expenditure.

I would be happy to conduct the interview over the phone or on mail. However, we will use the method that you prefer. I am comfortable with either option that you choose. I do not plan to inconvenience you in any way. Kindly inform me of a time and date that your schedule is free so that we can conduct the interview.

I look forward to your positive response as your help will be a significant boost to our project.

Regards,
