- What have been your roles and responsibilities working with children
My roles and responsibilities while working with children have been to ensure that the children under my watch grow to their full potential in terms of physical and emotional health. General, children are overlooked when addressing their physical and emotional needs, and I have been specializing in understanding the needs of children.
- What was your motivation towards this profession
Well, the idea of being among people who need help has been my motivational through. Being near children gives me a sense of hope for the future generation. I am always determined to address all the challenges presented to me concerning the physical and mental concerns of the children.
- What is the group’s main objective concerning children
The main aim of m organization is to meet the children at the level of physical and mental challenges. Children who have been victims of physical and psychological abuse, either deliberately or unknowingly, have been our primary targets. The number of children suffering from depression has been on the increase hence a need for action.
- What are the most significant challenges met by the children you come across
Generally, children have been victims of poor parenting, which exposes them to life that they are not ready to lead. For example, parents who fail to take their children to school expose them to a harsh word, and physical and emotional distress follow. Therefore, poor parenting has been the main challenge facing the children I come across.
- What is the main challenge facing children while under your organization
The number of children in need of help has grown significantly over recent years. The infrastructure in the children’s institutions tends to be overwhelmed by the numbers, and children struggle to have all their needs addressed. Generally, the institution only attempts to deal with the essential requirements, and that appears as a challenge to children who need to shape their future.

Children form a crucial part of a society that intends to remain in existence. Efforts aimed at addressing the challenges facing children are always received positively by society. Therefore, the institution has not faced challenges from resistance.
- Why is the number of children with physical and emotional challenges increasing
Well, I must say that times are changing and lifestyles are also changing. Several children are born in families that are not ready to raise children, while others are deliberately neglected. Besides, most children with the challenges are born of young parents who have little or no knowledge of parenting.
- What is your projection on the trend of children’s physical and emotional health
Sometimes a prediction of the future may not be accurate. Besides, the trend will depend on the policies that will be developed to curb the rising numbers. Therefore, governments are in a better position to address the issue if better policies are developed.
- What should be done to keep the physical and emotional health of children under control
Children are the responsibility of the parents. Better parenting systems will solve the issue of neglected children. Generally, policies should be based on the improvement of parenting qualities.
- What role should children play in physical and emotional health
The role of children might be limited in the development of their health. Generally, children should be teachable and should appreciate the efforts provided by various stakeholders. Children should also not expect lifestyles that are far beyond their parents’ reach.
