Organization Plan

 

Introduction

Life has afforded me the grand opportunity to work for this organization to grow the team. Many hospital nursing homes around the world need the right nursing personnel. When you think about all the surgeries and personal care you do every day, this is a huge deal (Velmurugan, 2016). We are proud to address family issues and patient care. I want every patient and family member to experience commitment and love in our workplace, and I want to tell every employee who represents this organization, and they will continue the organization.

Tips for setting goals

The success of our organization lies in the hands of the leaders who use their roles to ensure the success of each member of the team. Each department in the hospital has a nurse in charge, who assists the staff and sees to it that the crew meets strict precautions and standards. The in-charge nurse manager consists of four secretaries, four licensed nurses, four licensed practical nurses, and four nurses in one department, and a total of twenty-eight patients. Employees are given two years of feedback, so they know what work is going on and what improvements are needed. This is an opportunity for employees to hear any issues or questions and to target them for action by the time of the next biennial meeting.

The Five C.S.

Team Leader’s Five C’s understanding includes cooperation, coordination, communication, mitigation, and conflict management. When leaders exhibit those five behaviors, employees are exposed to communication problems that annoy them in the workplace (Velmurugan, 2016).

Effective communication

Some strategies for effective communication include focusing on the other person, listening to their thoughts and feelings, informal messages, understandable things, and asking questions if you do not understand and are experienced.

Team Awards

Gifts and incentives are provided with reasonable participation, but this can be improved by sending information to employees and leadership so that our employees can apply and be rewarded for their efforts. Since Sarah Conan is part of disseminating awareness and information to patients and families on Cancer Institute staff, I would love to create a patient care awareness program. After talking to the team at the biennial review, there was a lot of excitement among the employees when they joined the company staff. I hope they understand the true meaning of patient care and our goal and that it helps them to convey our goal and commitment to our patients and families.

Conflict

Tips that help prevent inequalities are positive. If you want to work in a beautiful environment, you need to be clear and precise so that people know about it and communicate with you, understand what is essential, and do not succumb to emotional manipulation (Velmurugan, 2016). Remember that someone should make noise when they realize that everyone is inhuman and that the problem is not going right with them.

Overcoming resistance

There will always be resistance, and no matter how well the organization manages the change, there will always be resistance. To help employees ‘resilient employees by paying attention effectively, ask them questions, or let them know what they think about change and respond to them positively and attentively. Employees need to know when and why the difference is essential to the organization. Once the cause of the change is fully understood, employees can become advocates of change. There are always ways for management and employees to improve as an organization with new ideas and suggestions. There are still ways to improve. Employees should ask research questions tailored to their feelings, which will help employees understand if change works (Velmurugan, 2016). The change must be managed efficiently and responsibly, and the company will benefit significantly if done correctly.
