IS IT REASONABLE TO BE A VEGETRIAN
Everyone has the right to choose what to consume when it comes to diet. It is because what we consume can work differently for each one of us. There is enough evidence that plants and animals consume for survival; thus, human beings must also do it to live. However, some of us become vegetarians because of religion and health reasons. In the case of diseases, chronic disease is said to be caused by eating meat. Some of us don’t consider meat as delicacy; hence tastless.some of them be leave that getting rid of products from the animal is the moral choice and some saying is not good health wise. There are a number of reasons why being a vegetarian is not reasonable and this include the following. You are missing out unimportant nutrients. Human being enjoy a variety of foods from both plants and animals. Some of the nutrients which are found in plants cannot be found in the animals. A good example is vitamin B12 found in plants plays a crucial role in human body. Since it is soluble in water, it is involved in the function of every cell in the body. For the formation of blood and function of the brain it is very important. There is deficiency that is very common in vegans that there is 92 percent of whooping vegans that are in this critical nutrients, study shows. Some examples are; the proteins from the animals while taken in the right amount, contains all types of amino acids which are crucial for muscle mass and the health of the bones.in the cell ,creating helps to form energy reservoir. There is no scientifically valid health reasons. For hundreds thousands of years human being has been eating meat since their body can digest, obsorb and utilize nutrients that are found in animal food fully. Although processed meat can be hamful, many studies does not support it and so does not to unprocessed meat which is natural. The cardiovascular diseases ,diabetes or risk to death has nothing to be associated with the unprocessed red meat which earlier o has been demonized.it is also said to cause cancer which is a very weak link to it and may be the cause is the excessive cooking but not the meat itself. When it comes to eggs no studies has shown their effects. Eggs are very rich in cholesterol and a multiple long term studies on eggs consumption has been conducted and no negative effects found. There is extreme nutrients in fish, red meat and dairy products for those who can handle them
