C.E.Os  are chief executives of a specific company people tend to think that they are people who scored A. Still, I have learned that from this story that there  C.E.Os  who started qualities like hardworking theater, music, and teaching, and also others had surprisingly low grades in school. It means low scoring grades doesn’t mean that one cannot become successful in life; one only needs to be hardworking and perseverant in what he is doing because, in the end, it will bear fruits. I have also realized that they share a habit described as “applied curiosity’ where they tend to question everything, how things work, and also want to know how work can be made better. i also learned that some C.E.O.s discomfort their comfort zones that they try to challenge themselves with challenging ideas that later on come to be access; according to Arkadi Kuhlmanat one should keep n pressing on statements until they drive them to what they want.

I realized that management is also a significant key to becoming a C.E.O. That is how one should focus on doing their current job well, which earns them promotions. Most of the C.E.O.s focus on opening opportunities like promotions, leading you to the top position. Leadership needs humility to know what they don’t know, and also requires confidence in order to make the leaders make decisions amid the ambiguity. To be a leader, one should acquire empathy, care about people, and be willing to let them go if they do not take the company down. Leaders should also be patient in bringing everybody along with the team, not forgetting that they should respect and trust their employees.

Values are part of a culture, and they are essential in a company; they also need reinforcement beyond repetition. Many companies put values as part of the hiring and terminating the process and hand out awards to people who adhere to and practice those values. I also captured that some values like respect and courage are interpreted by people differently; that is, instead of uniting, they can create friction. at some point, the cultural values are not defined are respect people tend to refer to them as people who fail, who succeed in a company and those who get a promotion.

Any gender can become a C.E.O. it only depends whether they are introverts or extroverts , more creative and whether they grew from a small or a large family.whether a woman or a man C.E.O. one should set a vision, enhance values, make tough calls and encourage teamwork. Lastly, to be a successful C.E.O., one has to push herself out there, see people and do things, participate, and get involved something happens.i concluded that one should never assu,e that they can predict what experiences will teach them about what life should be buth they should have to be open and alert at every to the  possibilibity that one is about to lean the most important lesson of life.
