What Right the Organization Do

One of the things that the organization should do is focus on Anne Stanton’s mandate on change. The vision of Anne concentrates highly on taking into consideration everybody’s opinion. The idea for change is consensus-driven. The culture of the organization and its operations needed change. For instance, it was hard to know the existing difference between the staff members and the children.
