Learning Hands children care Center is an institution which will aim at providing care to children with hearing impairment only. The sensitive nature of the venture will dictate the quality of the services offered to the children in that the facility will be accommodating a given number of children depending with the available resources a factor which will aim at controlling the quality of service and the smooth running of the institution. The name Learning Hands Children Care Center was chosen due to the specific nature of the business idea .the business is aimed at helping the children learn to cope with the environment around them and to enable them to handle the condition in a bid to make their life better as they continue with their lives after getting the knowledge and necessary skills from this institution.

Key success strategies

1. Quality services- the quality of services offered in any business startup determines the life of the business and its acceptance in the market. Quality entails addressing new changes and adjusting to market changes appropriately. Quality is the cause of failure or success of most if not all business due to the fact that quality is the most excellent marketing strategy a business startup can have. One satisfied client can bring more attention to the organization, and one dissatisfied client can cause the same amount of harm to the business reputation.
2. Financial management – managing finances of the business will reduce the risk of running bankrupt and being unable to provide the needed services in time(Chandra, 2011). Some of the best financial management techniques include plough back profits and involving a flexible workforce that will cut costs. Financial management helps prepare the business to future occurrences that may need more financial attention and well preparedness.
3. Creativity and innovation- there is a lot to exploit in the field of creativity and innovation to come up with the best services this includes the incorporation of modern technology to make coordination of activities in the business more comfortable and more appealing. Video communication devices will be incorporated within the facility to ensure that the parents can monitor the progress of their children any time they want. Each child w will receive customized services in that matter of food preferences, and leisure activities will be tailored to suit the needs of each child at a personal level. All changes and innovation will be done incorporation with the parents and guidance of the children to avoid a possible conflict between the two parties.

These are schools that offer both learning and care services to children with disabilities. They are spread strategically to make sure that they are accessible to the targeted children hence pausing great competitions to this business venture.

• Strengths

Government funding and recommendation- most public schools that offer services to the disabled receive massive funding from the government and the non-governmental organization.Funds given to the schools provide the schools with the ability to accommodate a vast number of disabled children. The government also recommends such schools terming them as safe for the children and is part of the big plan of the government to address the needs of the disabled in the community.

Community acceptance- public schools which offer services to disabled students have a broad community acceptance since members of the society consider them reliable and cheap. To beat the high community acceptance of these schools, then the services offered by Learning Hands Children Care Center must be of high quality and provide a logical option for the parents.

• Weaknesses

Congestion- some of this schools which provide services to the disabled are congested in that the number of persons that have the skills to handle the children can’t match the number of children in need of the services this tampers with quality of services.

System rigidity- There is little chance for innovation in these institutions since they are fully regulated and owned by the government. For any change to be made in the schools their along process to be followed in order to make the necessary changes

The business will start with sole proprietorship style of ownership.  This means that the business legally has no separation from its owner. For a starting business, sole proprietorship offers the space to fully have control of the critical parts of the business in its bigger stages with the ability to recruit volunteers in implementing some structures needed in running the business.  A sole proprietorship has unlimited liability meaning the owner has full responsibility on the organization’s debts. The cost of forming sole proprietor business is relatively cheap, considering the business is solely owned hence reduced paperwork and legal procedures. Governments offer tax reliefs for small enterprises, thus reducing the tax burden that may affect the business financial stability in its young age.

The managerial ability of sole proprietorship is less complex since the owner makes the important decisions in the institution hence making the decision-making process as easy as possible(Hegarty,2018).
