For one, the organization has not been adequately established making it young relative to the steps that other organizations have made. Closely related to this is the limited development which is a consequence of the insufficient resources. Moreover, the organization lacks a reliable source of funds making it relatively difficult to meet the needs which require an investment of the financial resources.

Opportunities

While the organization is not that established in the industry, it is fast growing concerning many aspects including popularity. As a result, it has managed to be s leader in the market. This has influenced many consumers of the associated information to focus on the organization. Another opportunity is the emphasis on the promotion of leading human activist movements. The campaigns are some of the phenomena that are embraced in society and now that it involves people, many are interested in getting touch with the organization.

Threats

Threats are also some of the occurrences which affect the success of the organization even with strengths that it has. For one, the organization gets limited support from a significant portion of the social population. Many are reluctant towards accepting the changes that will be experienced when women are finally represented in the job opportunities just like the male counterparts are. On the same note, male chauvinism is still a significant problem in society. Therefore, any suggestion or effort towards upholding the recognition of women may not be easily accepted. Moreover, there are emerging organizations to which TWA may lose customers. Focus on the provision of the same form of service makes it considerably difficult for the organization to survive in the industry now that more advanced organizations are offering competition. Strength-Opportunity Strategies

TWA can utilize its strengths to take advantage of the opportunities that it has in the industry and the market. For one, the organization should utilize the significant popularity that it has attained to improve brand awareness. It will be easy for the organization to communicate their brands to a large audience base.  The organization can also take advantage of the societal issue of gender with which it can penetrate the market. There will be more opportunity of gaining more popularity in the market and surpassing a similar organization offering related services.

Weakness-Opportunity Strategies

The organization can be able to utilize the opportunities as a way of mitigating the weakness that it already has. For example, they should have the potential of utilizing a more unified approach. This allows TWA to partner with organizations which upholds gender equality with an emphasis on the female gender. Now that the organization is still developing, getting in touch with an already developed institution is a great step towards learning from them. Moreover, it makes it possible to reduce the manifestations of their weaknesses; this is possible through many ways including supporting each other to develop strengths where weaknesses existed.

Strength-Threat Strategies

The organization is also able to make use of their strengths as a way of preventing the manifestation of threats which may rather take advantages of the weakness. An effective approach in this instance is the possibility of utilizing the strategy of focusing on real-life issues and the need for them. The mission of the organization, TWA, is a considerable favourite in society. For example, it meets one or more of the sustainable development goals of the century. This can be used to influence the opposing forces by giving them the reason to see value in the mission of the organization; that is, fighting for the positions of women in the trade-related opportunities formerly dominated by men.

Threat-Weakness Strategies

While the threats and weakness offer potential challenges, there are certain ways through which it can minimize the weakness and ultimately counter the occurrence of the threats. The organization need to learn from the developed organizations as a strategic way of achieving the required level of development. Being adequately developed, it will be able to reduce the level of competition that emerges from the threats.
