Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 is an office suite software program from Microsoft that contains items that can be used subscribers to handle various office operations. The program has components such as word, excel, one OneDrive, Outlook, Plus Publisher and PowerPoint. To use the program, specific minimum hardware and software requirements must be met. First, the computer in which the program is being run must have a RAM of at least 2GB and available storage space of 3GB. The device must have one gigahertz (GHz) or faster x86-bit or x64-bit processor with SSE2 instruction set. The computer must also have a screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768 PC display.

Customers can access and purchase the program from different vendors and resellers, such as Microsoft, Amazon, and Walmart among other product sellers. For each of the program sellers, the prices for purchasing the program are much different as each of product sellers charge a different price for the program. The program is sold for $6.99 at Microsoft, $31.76 at Amazon and $66.85 at Walmart. These costs include everything including the sale taxes and shipping cost.

The product is sold in all of the vendors. However, a customer can go the other option of downloading the program only from Microsoft. When a customer downloads the program, he or she will have to register online so that an access code used for activating the program can be sent to them.

For Microsoft 365 users, I would recommend buying the software program from Microsoft. This is because, first, the product is sold at a relatively much cheaper cost. Second, when you buy it from Microsoft, the hustle of going through the licensing installation on your pc is not there as they are already installed in the program. There is cloud storage for the users of up to one TB. There is also a free trial for the customers to test for convenience and a 24/7 support to address all concerns of the customers.
