It’s not easy for the Minitrex deals Division to have access to the customer data in the account and within the protected segments. This is simply because the information is not shared by the divisions hence it’s not easy to gain access to customer data. As per the number of times the client calls, it’s very difficult to ascertain as the system takes to record the number of times.
The customer contact plan was created by Bettman to revamp the invoicing data and the records used by the finance and protection divisions. One of the frameworks used by Blumfen’s division is to keep track of installments and client charges. It also keeps track of items bought by the customer the qualifications of administration.
Another step is to eliminate customer data autonomously in every department. Bettman and Blumfen should work together and keep helpful information of clients together with data to be viewable at all divisions.
The customer installments and bills should be stored in credit organizations. Also, redesign the receipt and adjust records by division deals. Therefore, the customer selects the items to be purchased after obtaining the installments and charges. Hence, terminating the processes the customer needs to be placed in three divisions.
It’s noted that Bettman’s plan is Blumfen’s credit. The organization structure and Hopkin’s administration business center are associated. Hence, CRM may get actualized.
