Subject: Money Earning Workshop
Recently, we have received a series of calls and emails from our esteemed customers concerning the sign mishap that we experienced. At the same time, we have had several of you requesting for in-service training on communication and writing generally. In light of this, the management has found it wise to come up and facilitate our efforts to make our communication better while at the same time improving our customer service. We are very excited to bring this one and a half months of training to our employees in a unique way this time around. As your employer, we value your competence and the role you play in engaging our customers professionally. The image of this organization is carried by your ability to write and communicate well with our customers. That underlines our commitment to making you more proficient in writing and communication.
Our training this time is unique. You will be paid to train! We are highly ranked across California, and therefore we need to be the best and offer the best as well. I, therefore, invite everyone to come learns and earn. Although the workshop is optional, I strongly recommend everyone to attend and learn. Due to the diversity of our staff, we have scheduled the classes to begin from 6:30 to 8:30 pm starting the 5th of May to run for six weeks. We recommend one class per week, so everyone is able to attend to their daily schedules without interference.
To facilitate the training will be a business coach with vast knowledge in grammar, creative writing, and general communication. To have you feel comfortable, we shall offer the training free of charge while you get paid promptly for every session you attend. After successful completion, you will be issued with a certificate which will add to your academic credentials. The payment rates will increase at a rate of 30 cents every hour. On top of all these benefits, any successful trainee will get a three day paid vacation next month.
We had earlier thought of scheduling the training for weekends, but owing to the high number of customers and the different schedules our staff has, we thought it wise to have these sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday so that we capture as many of our staff. Any staff attending 70% of the sessions will be nominated for voting during the grand raffle price at the closure of the event.
I call upon all employees to try and fix some time at least once a week to get this training. The venue will be our boardroom on our premises. As you can see, the training will not only add to your academic credentials but also empower you financially. This, therefore, is a long term investment opportunity which everyone should grab.
