Following my first degree in Communications and minor Sports Management at Colorado State, I want to pursue a Masters in Organizational Leadership at Robert Morris University. And this is because it is an interdisciplinary degree that will explicitly give the essential institutional skills to become a leader spanning a wide range of fields and organizations. What is more, with this Masters degree, I will able to lead both private and public institutions. Given the extensive development and diversification of organizations today, it is vital to understand the societal aspects and psychology of leadership. That aside, it will help me to take the next vital step in my career by developing my initial leadership position; also, due to the competence that comes with it, it will help get promotion and rise the ranks. Before I commence my Master’s degree in organizational leadership, there are specific academic goals that I have to achieve. One of the most important factors before initiating the leadership program is the degree. But since I already have it, the next objective is to attain the appropriate number of recommendation letters from my academic professors at the Colorado State University. Similarly, since I have considerable professional experience by working in two institutions as an intern, another educational goal is to attain recommendation and approval letters to justify my competency and experience. That aside, I have to achieve good grades as a qualification for the Organizational Leadership program.
In most cases, institutions which offer masters programs prefer to admit scholars with an average GPA of 3.0 or a minimum of 2.5; as a result, the most crucial academic that I must achieve to carry on with the leadership program. All in all, I purpose to register exemplary performance in every unit and at each stage of learning throughout the entirety of this course. Two of the essential career goals are promotion to the highest rank and the establishment of my organization. Following the financial perspectives of an organization will be vital for accountants, financial advisors and the administration.
