The Importance of Completing your Assignment Unassisted
Schoolwork and assignments should be an upward experience that encourages and helps all children better their final growth and learn efficiently. When teachers are giving assignments to children, the intention is to help them review, integrate, and apply all the things that the students have studied in the class. Being able to complete assignment unaided helps a student explore more topics than permitted by the classroom setting (Madjar et al. 2016). It is vital for students to understand that there is more to having successful learning than just content mastering. A student is able to understand how to work and study independently since they learn how to use various sources.
Being able to do homework unaided helps students develop their professional and personal development. A student can improve on themselves, which focuses on developing their skills, knowledge, and awareness together with their entire sense of identity (Olson & Stokes, 2016). By completing assignments on their own, students are able to build their aspirations by improving their lifestyles and learning new skills, which are vital for professional nursing. For example, in nursing, professional development entails learning of professional credentials that are gained independently.
Personal development and professional development are vital in making sure that a nurse upholds their professional competence as they work towards growth to offer patients the best care. Personal and professional development teach a nurse that they should adhere to the principles of beneficence, accountability, nonmaleficence, autonomy, and fidelity, among other things (Olson & Stokes, 2016). Nurses are expected to be fair in how they give care to the patients that they are assigned. Professional growth and personal growth help nurses understand situations where they have to be honest with patients and when they should withhold some information depending on what is good for the patient.
