| The problem that this project aims to solve is providing a quarantine Facility for 500 people, within a span of there weeks. The opportunity that the project aims at developing is the provision of the facility in time and within the provided budget. The project will ensure that those suspected to have been in contact with COVID-19 infected patients are put in a place where their ability to infect others is highly curtailed. The organization that needs this project is the City of New York. |

| In traditional project management, the project is always driven by a plan. A full plan is created by the project managers, detailing what needs to be done and when. Procedures for executing the project are then drawn, and the project then has to be completed according to the laid down procedures, and every detail has to be followed. At the start of the project, planning every aspect of the project is not possible; therefore, the project managers may have to implement change management. In the case of our project of providing and Isolation facility holding five hundred people, a list of all that is needed and what is needed to be done is listed, and the procedure of performing the tasks is given, and then the work of constructing the facility begins. |

| Many things can prevent the success of the project. The first constraint is time. Since a 500 pax isolation facility Is needed within three weeks, then there may not be enough time to complete the project. Secondly, enough human resources who have the required expertise may also be a constraint. Thirdly, since resources are not always enough if they are not utilized properly, then there is a danger of not achieving the project goals. The project implementers may require some special training since it is the first time the city is experiencing such an issue. |
