In this study assignment, the main point of discussion will be on how the companies ensure an ethical operating system based on an ethical supply chain management concept. Whether ethical practices are useful to be implied based on the supply chain management programme. In order to discuss this whole process, a literature review will be taken considering the points highlighted by various authors and practitioners as a whole. Apart from this a critical review will also be done based on the research conducted followed by a suitable conclusion at the end.
