Person and audience
Introduction
Complete communication entails a sender and a receiver intended to give feedback. The easiest way to having an issue attended to is knowing your audience. The paper discusses a sketch for persona and audience in health provision.
Persona
Hebron is a 34-year-old born and raised in Mississippi. He observes Christian festivals like gifting the needy in the society, and most of his free time, he extends a hand to the needy and vulnerable in his surroundings and linking then to get health services. He gets mad when people are denied services because of their economically disadvantaged background. Born in a family of three, Hebron has a network of friends both from the professional field and caregivers who he works handily with during his outreaches. He is a chief physician concerned more about bettering the health services for a healthy community. Though of average height, his mastery and professionalism place him at a respectable rank while his chocolate appearance and a smiling face create an environment fit for discussion with any person.
Audience
Ann is a 40-year-old, tall brown, enthusiastic, and welcoming lady born in the United States. She went through a series of education, placing hr high in her profession and securing a position with the government as a cabinet secretary for health. Since her childhood, she has heard of people meeting challenges when seeking health services, which she easily relates to her childhood surrounding.
Rhetorical situation
There is a need to improve our public facilities’ health care providers (lecture Notes Para2). Since they are government-funded, most patients believe in services that are affordable, convenient, and friendly. Despite this, patients remain with unmet medical need due to understaffing, lack of enough equipment’s and resources in attending the long ques that visit our facilities daily (Figueroa et al. 2019)
The other day three young mothers lost their lives after safe delivery but because of too much blood loss and no equipment for transmission. The innocent child was left alone under the protection of caregivers who strangle to put a meal on their families’ table. People have also died during operation due to a shortage of Oxygen. In your capacity as the cabinet health Secretary, we request for increased staffing in facilities, improved infrastructure and equipment are in facilities, and review of policies like medical covers, which leaves the disadvantaged hopeless.,
Conclusion
When services are improved, and the raised recommendations are implemented, the unmet need graph will flatten. The training fee is also challenged for people passionate about the medical field; therefore, scholarship and bursaries would be a motivator.
