Personal Life
Life is full of challenges, and as years go by, one feels that he ought to have done a few things earlier on. The change is all about my perception of education. All along trough out my education life, I knew I had to study hard to secure myself a well-paying job with a big company that will sustain me all my life. Not until I attained my first diploma and went looking for a job and realized that those papers were not enough to get me where I dreamt of. I had to go back to further my studies, now with a different course. Still, I realized that the knowledge acquired is to broaden my mind on how to be successful, not necessarily being employed but be innovative and be self-employed afterwards.
Its purpose is to have an open mind during my education life that will lay a platform of what to do in life after I finish my studies. My mind will not be coiled on one particular thing, and also my thinking will not be in one direction but will be focused on things around me. This means that every problem that I came across will guide me to look for solutions hence an opportunity for creating employment. It, therefore, means that my mind will be broadened and have a lot of ideas as I focus just on the surrounding environment, the people around me and the whole world at large. In my day to day life, I came across many scholars searching for jobs in towns and even online, and I think they had a mindset like mine. Every problem to me will be an opportunity for innovation or invention; hence the more the crisis arises, the more the opportunities for job creation.
Having the right perception of mind during studies is essential in life not only to me but to all scholars (Bernstein, 2018). This will reduce the stress to grandaunts brought about by lack of employment. After graduation, individuals will not only focus on being employed but concentrate on how to create a job. It will also increase the rate of innovation hence full utilization of resources that may be idling in some way or the other. These innovations will lead to job creation. Many people will be employed depending on the kind of change. It will also lead to development generally, which will lead to an increase in the standards of living. During studies, a student will concentrate more on education, and therefore their performance will be excellent. After graduation, one will not be selective on the kind of job he is offered but will do any post that is available to him and focus on advancing even more.
