Personal safety is considered to be general recognition
Personal safety is considered to be general recognition, and it involves the process of avoiding some of the harmful situations. As a real Estate agent, it is essential to recognize some of the harmful conditions and avoid them as much as possible. A personal safety plan is helpful because it makes the survivors be able to identify and mitigate risks that may involve future violence and come up with a strategy that promotes safety (Bryson, 2017). As a real estate agent in Florida, it is vital to have identified some of the risks that nay hinder the clients from buying the properties and establish mitigation strategies. It is essential to be well versed concerning possible threats and effective preventive measures because this will help to apply the mitigation strategies in order to win the trust of the customers who are interested in purchasing the properties.
The changes that I can foresee in real estate career are that some companies with nontraditional platforms, for instance, Redfin, is having real estate agents who are showing and, at the same time, list homes. Such companies have specialized roles for the open house, closing process, and marketing. Most of the nontraditional brokerages are paying real estate agents salary; this makes the commission to be less, and as a result, sellers are paying less in the closing cost. The other change is that technology is likely to streamline real estate services, and this may lay off most of the real estate agents in the future (Schumann, 2016).
One of the most significant plans is to ensure that I am equipped with the current technology involved in real estate services. This will help me to reduce the chances of losing the importance of my career as a real estate agent. The other plan is to ensure that I have joined one of the companies with nontraditional platforms in order to have a specialized role as a real estate agent in Florida (Bryson, 2017).
