Other tasks entail the calculation of income based on paychecks and establish a criterion for the milestones within the product read map. The skills gained for the activities ranged from management accounting, and they have played a vital role in preparing me for a future human resource management jobs in addition to finance and accounting. From the work experience, I am in a better position to work on the books of account, take part in project appraisal, and monitor operations in the organization as a human resource officer.

Project management and coordination is one demanding job that needs thorough Preparation and advanced skill levels. I am well prepared for a future job through the skill I gained in previous employment that includes reviewing all the necessary loan documentation and submitted the complete packages to the lender for the final approval. Hence, the previous posts provided me with exposure on how best to provide the clients with excellent services both within the internal and external environment of the organization. Some of the strategies learned on how best to satisfy the customers include timely completion of their loan processing and ensuring there are no errors in their information and details.

I have always been a thinker, and throughout my education, I have been effective in sharpening my critical skills. Instead of focusing on the grades, I have continuously learned to ask the question “why?” on different levels. Such has enabled me to focus more on the skills and knowledge I gain from my education rather than just getting good grades. I have always challenged myself to learn new things in the work environment, and that has enabled me to develop a satisfying outcome in my level of operation I different departments in the organization. I have learned to identify the strategies and approaches to use with various clients and make connections with other employees, and that has enabled me to develop a much deeper understanding of the organizational structures. While in most cases, there is no working environment without its challenges. The challenges I face in the different workplaces give me the knowledge and skill for the development of strategies that can curb such occurrences in the future. The biggest hurdle while in the University was time management. I am a procrastinator, and completing assignments on time was never a challenge. I was in a position to transition the time management skills that I gained while in school to the work environment. The time management skills ensure that all the projects and their milestones were completed on time, and other activities were within the estimated schedule. Thus, some of the hurdles gave me a positive outcome, and I was in a position to realize my hidden skills.
