Pizza and Bread Dough recipe
Pizza and bread dough are easy to make, provided the recipes are well organized for easy understanding.
Since the quality of the pizza and bread depends on whether procedures were followed correctly, I will generate two different recipes, one for old fashion bread dough and the other for pizza dough. Each step of preparation will have a narrow description to ensure the chefs clearly understands the concept. This will ensure no mistakes are made during preparation; the recipes will be detailed to avoid misinterpretation of procedures, which can cause significant harm to my restaurant reputations. For instance, if the pizza is not well prepared, it may result in the pizza being thrown away, and that could be significant loss expenses. To our customers, they may be discouraged, and this may lead our restaurant to lose our loyal customers, which can be a big hit. Hence to avoid all these, I will focus on developing a clear and easy to understand recipes. If preparation procedures are well-followed, quality services will be provided, and sales will be boosted due to customer satisfaction leading to high profits.
The recipes will be printed and be hanged on the walls of the central kitchen; this is because our chefs are at a tight schedule, and they may not have time to peruse pages or use their phones to check the recipes. Instead, the chef want to check something, he or she will have to look on the chart on the wall and confirm a particular procedure. This will avoid a case where the chef may miss some procedures during the preparation of the pizza or old fashioned bread dough.it will also save time for chefs.
The chefs with challenges of understanding the recipes will be guided by a video that I will make to demonstrate the procedures practically.
