Planning the best aging process
Aging is not a priority but a rule of nature. Planning the best aging process is the most significant achievement a human can have in a lifetime. I want to be a physically and mentally healthy senior. In my old life, I want to achieve the best for my satisfaction and my beneficiary’s satisfaction- improve the living standards. The best way I will be a better senior is through hard w=ork in my active age and setting myself a role model in the future years. In the achievement of these aging aspirations, I only need a plan that will cater to all my wishes. The program will utilize my current education through the application, of course, work in plan protection. More so, learning from successful and healthy seniors will add to my planning carton issues that will be required for my dreams.
In my physical aging, I will ensure that I m maintain the physical best practices, which include random body movement exercise, best skin applicants, and maintaining body fitness through diet selectin. Emotionally I plan to have aweel controlled emotional aging. In essence, I plan to face challenges in a positive way that cannot create the unnecessary rise of anxiety, stress, and overwhelming situation. Socially I plan to have the best environment around me by selecting the best friends who will help out in times of problems- I plan to train my family members on the way I would like my aging life to be handled. Living peacefully with society and family is the best achievement I will have in my old living. The financial stabilization is a critical plan in my strategy- before retiring, I will have savings and proper utilization of retirement benefits funds. To ensure financial ability in old age, the invention in the economy will be critical in my planning. The health and hospitality aged life care will be on my plan project. Also, hiring the best nurses to regularly check my health and nutritional experts program my diets and activities. Towards the end of life, I will ensure a peaceful departure by sharing out what I have in terms of wealth and communication advice to my friends, the society, and particularly the relative. This way, I will have a peaceful life-ending.
In the planning process, o will require the knowledge about the system of the economy, and health facilities, this way will research on the type of investment better for me and the kind of health insurance to,ake for a lifetime. The resources that I will need most is capital for the business and a well-managed and wholly-owned home. Assistance from the relative, friend, and budgeting experts will be necessary. My plan will include the projects, time of starting them, and how the projects will continue with reasons for the startup.
Reflection
The articles concerning economic and health insurance references helped out in estimating the kind of services I will equip for my plan and the challenges that can be faced- the planning risks are well tackled. The references concerning the systems in my society and the availability of raw materials to start my commercial project plan are necessary for the identification of the projected gap. The attendance of my psychology class has enabled my plan to be a diverse and critically thought perfect plan. I wish to continue learning about the changes in the economic and health sectors to keep updating my flexible policy.
