I am hereby writing this letter
to confirm our earlier discussion that we advised your recent activities in the
neighborhood that is against the neighborhood rules. Before you joined our
community, we offered you a set of rules that were supposed to be followed
after settling in. However, you agreed to adhere to the standards given, but
your actions state the direct opposite.
We can see that the leased premises are not being cleaned and maintained
in hygienic, sanitary and clean conditions as stated in your agreement. Many of
your neighbors have complained constantly about your wanting levels of hygiene.
Your immediate neighbor has
mostly complained about unwanted creatures like mosquitoes and snakes crawling
out of your backyard, into her yard, due to the unattended weeds which have now
turned into a big bush. Moreover, your
garbage cans are always left out in the street and the yard overnight, and the
smell that comes out of them is unpleasant for your neighbors. Also, your front
windows have been broken and not fixed for a long time, which shows that you
have not prioritized maintenance. Moreover, your house needs a new paint coat
so that it can be in rhythm with the other maintained homes. Your lawn is
neglected because it has lost its green color due to a lack of water. We feel
that it should be watered frequently We
have also noticed that your old car still sits on blocks in the front yard,
while you have a big garage in the back yard where you can park your vehicle.
It is expected that you address
the situation and make necessary changes where required. Moreover, we will need
to have another discussion with you if there will be no corrective measures
taken. The organization has the right to take further disciplinary action
against you. If the behavior continues. Note that the disciplinary effects of a
fine of up to 200 dollars per month due to the agreement violations. Should you need further assistance and clarification
on how to carry on your activities as per the rules, please feel free to
contact me. We continue to believe that you are a precious person in our
neighborhood, and we must make efforts to live in peace.
We look forward to seeing positive results and actions from this
discussion
