- Inbound strategies
Inbound supplies involve collecting, processing, and managing the inventory of the raw materials of the product. This also extends to all partnerships with distributors. For instance, for an electronic-commerce business, inbound operations will be acquiring and preserving goods from the supplier that it needs to retail.
- The Operations
Actions shall provide methods for transforming fresh materials to a final good or amenity. This involves modifying all inputs to make them prepared as exports. In the earlier example of e-commerce, this may require the addition of brands or packaging or labeling of a variety of items as a package to create worth to the article.
- Outbound strategies
All operations for the delivery of the finished product to the customer shall be called outbound logistics. This involves the distribution of the items, and also includes processing and storage systems and maybe exterior or interior. For the e-commerce mentioned above service, this consists of the storage of goods for shipment and the real shipment of such items.
- Sales and marketing
Approaches for increasing exposure and targeting relevant clients like ads, promotion, and pricing are used in sales and marketing. This is all-round whether and to what notch a nation cooperates in the market. It is evident from the mentioned above that political considerations also have an effect on organizations and how they do the operation. Organizations need to be capable of adapting to current and anticipated forthcoming legislation and alter their advertising policies appropriately.
Economic factors

Environmental factors

More consumers are demanding that the products they buy come from a fair origin and, if possible, from a sustainable source.
Legal factors
Safety issues include safety and health, equal incentives, promotional policies, customer and parental rights, advertising of drugs, and food security. Companies have to understand what is not appropriate to enable them to trade appropriately. If a business trades globally, this can become a challenging environment to get right, as each country has its set of rules.
