Practical Problem
Lack of adequate sleep is a preeminent problem among the people in daily life it has, however, become rampant in the last decade, and this has become a concern in most of Europe. This has affected how these people do their duties and even their performance in their daily life. Besides this, people have been identified to nose their moods and also lowers their interpersonal relationship. Furthermore, it has been proven that these people are at risk of getting physical and mental health problems.

To come up with a solution to this problem, good quality research is needed. We detailed interview of those people who already have experience with this problem, this will help to control and in avoiding the kind of diet or and activity done by these people .with this information we can be able to give awareness to people in future.
Practical aim and objective
This research aims to do our research and come up with an effective way of helping people on how they can get a better way of sleeping .it will significantly address the problem accoutered by most people with this problem we can find the kind of life they are living, we can be able to know their physical fitness to come out with measures and precaution for to the people who have potential to experience this.

This project aim is to identify the main aim of why people experience lousy sleep. Qualitative method will be used in do, this research and come up with a solution to this problem. This data will be contextualized with recent health and fitness.
