I am writing to inform you that the policy plan insurance service will not be renewing its annual cleaning contract this year. This is mainly attributed to the consistent poor services you have been offering over the past few months. Despite the numerous complaints raised, there is no change. The recent spills and toxic cleaning waste left on our premises pose a challenge to our daily activities. Employees are at high risk of infections, and this may affect their general work performance. Despite the consistent promise from you to improve on this, there is no change but rather more incompetency. Last Thursday, the evening crew left the lobby door open, exposing the facility to theft. This could cost our company severely. I want to acknowledge that our partnership over the past four years has been fruitful courtesy of your exceptional services. The change in management thus resulted in substandard services, lack of customer priority, and unfulfilled promises. Despite making six calls and following up personally twice in the past three months, there has been no noticeable improvements. It is time for a policy plan to have a change and better services.

I know you will have a lot of complaints about this but times are changing, and this is for the good of everyone and safeguarding the company too. Starting today, the company’s automated monitoring program will be expanded to cover employees’ blogs. The communication channels have been mainly affected by technological growth, and we believe personal blogs are a possible threat. The company is fully aware that there are concerns about employee freedom of speech and privacy breach but it is essential that the company’s name and intellectual property are safeguarded to ensure the continued growth of the company. This will ensure employees retain their jobs. Monitoring of the personal blogs will ensure that employees do not intentionally or accidentally expose the company’s secrets. On 30th April, I bought a green Ferrazzi bicycle using your direct buy option. I ordered the bike online, and it was delivered to my home. Unfortunately, the bike provided was not the same color I ordered. You delivered a purple one instead. I am disappointed because your delivery team did not do anything to rectify the situation even after showing them my order and purchase details. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate it if you would come and pick this purple bicycle and replace it with a green one because color means everything to me. If the green version is out of stock, I expect you to state when I can get that or if it is entirely out of reach for you, then a refund of my money remains the only option. Enclosed are copies of my online order receipt. I would appreciate if you would look into this matter with urgency.
