In case the head of the organization/owner is not himself/herself submitting the form for the promotional benefit, a communication from him/her on company’s letter head should be attached with the proforma indicating his/her representative’s presence on his behalf.

 

Fixed reimbursement of economy class Air fare to qualifying buyers (as per procedure) AND complimentary hotel stay at New Delhi for three nights during the show, subject to buyers visit at least 2 days to show.

NOTE: NO PROMOTIONAL SCHEME IS AVAILABLE FOR BUYERS TRAVELLING FROM DEVELOPED COUNTRIES LIKE USA, EUROPEAN UNION, TURKEY, CANADA, SOUTH KOREA, CHINA, JAPAN, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND etc.

Kindly note the reimbursement would be subject to the following:

  • SUBMISSION OF COMPLETELY FILLED “FORM-B” AT THE TIME OF REIMBURSEMENT.
  • Submission of documents such as self attested photocopy of the air tickets along-with boarding pass; first two and last two pages of the passport, immigration stamp and visa granted pages and VAT & CST No. or its equivalent document (photocopy) used in the buyers country, if any.
  • The insurance, visa or any other expenses shall be borne by the visiting buyer.
  • Buyers will take care of their own insurance and the Council will not take any responsibility about their travel in India.
  • Only one buyer will be invited from one Company. In case of a group company, the specific permission is to be obtained.
  • Submission of the filled form does not necessarily confirm the buyer’s eligibility to claim the benefit of the promotional scheme. Limited tickets are available and will be offered through our confirmation letter after the scrutiny of the filled form. Further, the buyer has to submit the completely filled “FORM-B” at the time of reimbursement.
