This semester has been one of the most challenging yet fulling periods in all the time I have had in my studies. More so because of the things I have been learning in the class for the past four weeks. Having to be keen and study online via zoom meetings and making notes is one activity that has shaped my life. The book we have done has also been influential, especially on public education and religious beliefs. I have learned to accept and appreciate other religions and people of all social classes, without discrimination. The many notes that I have written through the levels have also enabled me to realize that I am a good writer. I have gained so much experience in being analytical about issues and thus not just stereotyping or being skeptical. I have learned to study things in society like racism from different angles and, through this, be able to appreciate other people.
I believe that I deserve the A in my English 1A since I have consistently strictly observed the online classes, the zoom meetings, and taken notes. As you can see, my portal is arranged well in the order of the discussion posts and essays that we have done this period and thus updating my portfolio to the current. I have also taken time to study and analyze what we have considered in class, which, as I have mentioned, have not only expanded my knowledge but also shaped my behavior. I have also taken the time to explore the discussion posts of other of my classmates and respond to them. Mostly, I have been active in the class and done all that is about me as a student. I want to thank you for introducing such an excellent teaching system as it has been instrumental, especially during this time. It has made my studies easier, especially for the English lesson.
