In addition to that, a work breakdown structure will be developed in order to describe as well as structure all the tasks that will be involved in the project. Finally, a budget and risk management plan will be highlighted to show how the project’s resources will be utilized as well as how risks will be managed.
Project shareholders
Project shareholders are all the individuals affected by the projects either directly or indirectly. According to KK, projects shareholders are grouped into two categories, that is internal and external shareholders. My project will involve both the internal and external shareholders, respectively. Below are some of the shareholders who will take part in the project.
Project owner
A project owner owes the project entirely. This is the person who understands the objectives to be achieved by the project. In this project, I am the project owner, and some of the responsibilities am obligated to fulfil will be to finance the project entirely and clearly define the objectives of the project to all other shareholders. More so, I will provide any additional resources with the project will require to ensure the objective of the project is achieved at the required time.
Project manager
As established by KK, project manager plans, direct, monitors as well as execute the objectives of the project to ensure they derive the intended objectives to the project owner. In this graduation period, I will choose one of my close friends to take up the responsibility of managing my project. Some of the obligation to fulfil as a project manager will be to clarify the project’s objectives to all team members as well as supervise all the team members. In addition to that, he will chair all the meetings that will be held by the project committee and approve the budget as well as the tasks. More so, he will structure the work breakdown structure and allocate all the tasks and sub-tasks to all team members respectively as well as allocate all the resources as needed. On the other hand, he will oversee all the communication both internally that is among the internal shareholders as well as externally with all the external shareholders to ensure all activities are carried out.
Team members
Project team members carry out all the tasks and tasks expected to be completed to ensure the project is completed successfully. This graduation project will comprise a team of seven team members who will work with me to ensure all the tasks are completed as a means of achieving my objectives. All team members in my project will receive all orders from the managers as well as respond to him in case any issue arises in the course of duty. All duties are expected to be completed by all team members as allocated to them by the supervisor.
Project committee
A project committee is a group of highly experienced individuals who advises the project manager as well as supervise the entire project on behave of the project owner. Having high experienced, they are expected to direct the project manager towards the achievement of the project’s success. The project will have four members of the committee, and the project manager will chair all their meetings. Additionally, they will develop the budget as well as give the guideline of how the capital will be allocated in various activities. More so, they will assist the manager in making decisions on critical issues such as risk management.
Project suppliers
Project suppliers fall into the category of external shareholders of the project. Mainly, the supply the project with the required resources as well as services as the need arises. In this scenario, suppliers will supply the project with catering services on the graduation day, décor, tents as well as chairs. The project manager will be in charge of the suppliers in terms of communication as well as payments.
Religious leader
Being a religious person, I believe this will be a great achievement; therefore, during my graduation day, I will require my religious leader to oversee all the religious activities during the day.
Project constraints
Project constraints affect the project’s outcome, therefore, it’s the projects manager to maximize the project’s constraints and convert them into strengths, thus achieve the intended objectives of the project. Scope, cost and time are the three project constraints that affects any project. In this project it is limited by the above three constraints. First the project owner has provided $100,000 dollars for the project, therefore, the project is only limited to the above budget. All the activities as well as the resources of the project will be confined to this budget. However, it’s the responsibility of the project manager to ensure he operates the project within this budget. Secondly, the project has a time limit of one year. Hence all the activities and preparations of the project have to be completed within this period in order to ensure the project owner gets the ideal graduation he desires. Therefore, the project manager ought to allocate all tasks timely as well as gather all the resources to ensure all the graduations preparations are completed before the final day. Finally, the project is limited to the scope, meaning that only those tasks specified in the work breakdown structure will be done.
Requirements of the project
Every project has its unique requirements that need to be gathered and put together in order the project is completed effectively. The project manager will provide all the requirements. Some of the requirements needed by this project will involve two categories which are human resources as well as material resources. However, human resource requirements include team members, project committee, catering services, religious leader, suppliers as well as entertainers while the material resources will include tents, chairs, public system, tables as well as invitation letters.

Project deliverables are the expected outcomes, and the result of a project is anticipated to deliver. This project aims at delivering ideal graduation.
Project tasks

For instance, in this project, the scope of the project is to deliver ideal graduation to the project owner; therefore, only those tasks aligned with accomplishing the objectives will be completed.
