- What are the differences between internal proposals and external proposals? Which will you be writing for the Team Building Proposal? How will this decision dictate the format/organization of the proposal?
Internal proposals involve an employee or a writer suggesting improvements and changes within their places of work. These proposals address the managers of an organization who have the mandate to accept or reject the proposal depending on the contribution of the proposal towards the organization objectives. An organization writes an external proposal, on the other hand, to convince people from outside the organization to accept to take part in an activity or event. I will write an internal proposal for the team building activity since the supervisor requested an activity that relates to the culture and the employees of the organization. The type of proposal determines the organization of the work; hence for this case, the format of an internal proposal will apply.
