QUANTIFICATION AND COMPARTMENTALIZATION
Quantification is defined as the scope of attributing substance, property or the something another method to give the aspects which are needed from the subject to provide the desired meaning. At the same time, compartmentalization is the separation of ideas or the elements into different classes depending on the need of the one who is undergoing the process. This is used to separate the objects into various aspects. There has been a tremendous misunderstanding on the definitions of words which are used depending on department use which gives the desired meaning. The following are the ways to avoid the oversimplifications of the terms in use. The first one knows the audience which is present when the spreading of the ideas or the audience, which is written to (Pustejovsky, Lai & Xue, 2019).
The need to understand the audience’s level of understanding and the familiarity of the whole concept is crucial to make sure the audience gets the whole idea which is being the subject of talk which is laid before. The second one is the keeping of the entire ideas simple and better. The is essential as simple ideas are grasped easily than the complex ones who need time and time is no waiter for anything or anyone. Simple designs are better for the audience and the conveyor at every angle. The other one is the use of the metaphors and the analogies which would make the concepts better and engaging making the whole ideas better to understand (Vasilakis, Karel, Roessler, Dautenhahn, DeHon & Smith, 2018).
