Merging is defined with development and expansion, which is revealed with the notion of winning better distribution and marketing networks in the various marketing platforms that they operate. A reasonable real-life example is Adidas, which merged with Reebok to compete against an iconic company Nike in the North American market sphere. In conclusion, it had remained opined that merging is a beneficial aspect of the organization’s expansions and development. For that reason, it is right to argue that merging play a focal point in helping organizations to gain economies of scale and become more profitable. The merger will also reduce competition and could lead to higher prices for consumers

The main reason why this concept has gained popularity is because it has shown success for a variety of organizations in modern society. However, various steps are applied in the merging and acquisition process. Therefore, this section will discuss one central reason step that is crucial in this merging and acquisition process. Based on the previous research done on the subject matter, it has remained opined that one significant step is alignment. The logic behind this line of reasoning is that for an organization to succeed, there is a need to present clear objectives, missions, and core values. Therefore, alignment as the crucial step plays an essential in presenting this ideology. This implies that alignment stands to be one of the remarkable stages in merging and acquisition since the last two levels are defined and directed with this step.

Entrepreneurship is an activity of establishing a business, taking of financial risks in the hope of profit. According to the information gained from my first entrepreneur Zena, the main characteristic that is evident from this entrepreneur is that he is ambitious and self-confident. The logical explanation behind this point of view is that she is motivated to ensure that her parents live a luxurious life. Thus, she can improve here working standard as an entrepreneur, driven by her own doing. The second characteristic that defined entrepreneur Zena is that she can learn from mistakes. Technically, based on the information gained from the entrepreneurship, she has tested a lot of business, but regretfully, they have failed, where she asserted that the experience she has gained had motivated her much to attain the current success in her doings.
On the other hand, bases on the information obtained from entrepreneur William, the most evident characteristic that defines him is passionate, resourcefulness, and open-minded. Supporting this line of thinking, it remained asserted he was free to enter new markets, which opines that he was ready to take risks and benefits from new markets in the various marketing platform. In a nutshell, it remains right to argue that in modern society, for an entrepreneur succeeds, and there is a need to be passionate and ready to take risks since the current completive world is full of challenges. In my opinion, William is more influential because what motivates him is the most evident character in the contemporary markets. Thus, I support him.

A real-life example for this point of this line of thinking is Business Analysts Learning Organization. The hindering forces discussed above are evident in this organization. Importantly, it has developed strategies to deal with the hindrance forces.
