The rape culture comprised of continued influence and degradation of the female gender in one way or another. The culture is one which fosters or encourages harmful activities or that which oppress the female and where either the male benefit significantly. The culture commonly practiced in significantly male-dominant societies and where the female has limited influence on changes that would happen and which does not have a significant impact on any of the vital aspects within the community. Additionally, with the changes expected, continued fight for the gender, and this has had a limited impact on the continued propelling of the culture. It’s a thing of the past, and there is a need to establish an understanding and create a significant impact on the way of life of such individuals gradually.

Rape culture continues to prevail among us and has been on the run for a significantly longer time. However, to change the significant impact, it’s essential to put to light the different popular cultures where rape culture has continued to prevail or which has continued to contribute positively to the culture’s continued existence. The most significant popular culture involves the entertainment industry, where the people within these different categories have continued to experience these issues of rape culture and who are continuously struggling to establish significant change within the society.
The first example would involve the tolerance of sexual harassment on women and films. These have continued to present substantial changes and influences towards the different ideas of rape culture. However, within the real world, there are significantly different cases of rape culture that have continued to prevail and which have a more significant impact on the understanding of the real issues involved in rape culture. By engaging in the different news posting of various rape issues, it’s better established that rape culture has continued to influence our culture and that there is little the female gender can do to evade the degradation. The consequences create a more significant impact on the female gender as they are continuously defamed and even feel their self-esteem is limited. From the news, these two examples show a significantly different ide on the issues of prevailing rape culture.
The first example would involve where Bill Cosby got exposed by the media of the rape case that was continuously in court. After the accusers won, there was significantly a turn of events as the media began to shed more light on the issues, and it brought significant changes to the society on the problems of rape culture.
The second example would involve Grace Millane’s case where her sexual history got used against her in court as the accused continuously presented new evidence and brought a significant impact to the matter as it never had a conclusive approach for the judges.
