My name is Edwin Wang’ombe, a tenant of Pals Elegance unit B5 (PSL-SSS- 10-177-B5). I am writing this email as a vacation notice; i would like to vacate the house I am living in due to financial challenges that I am facing during these tough economic times.
It has been not easy raising the amount needed for rent. Concerning the rules and terms of my tenancy, I felt it was wise to take this step instead of inconveniencing any party involved. I wish to vacate by the end of this month.
