It is important that young people read at least one book a month, because it allows them to stimulate their imagination and brain function. The importance of reading in children is very great. Young people have to be drawn to a book to take time to read, as reading is an activity that calms stress and anxiety, and many young people today suffer from either stress or anxiety.
