Reflection
Achieving a successful and integrated education system involves a unified approach from all the education stakeholders. The key education stakeholders include the government, the parents, the teachers, and the community in general. Every educational stakeholder has a responsibility to play. For instance, the government should avail the necessary support resources and a habitable environment for all the other partners.
In the first case, the students could not maximally concentrate on the classwork administered by the teacher. This was aggravated by the situation of the students since they were angry. As an experienced teacher, I would recommend the case to the school administration, that is, the school principal that the students are unable to perform as expected due to anger. Further, it is advisable to ask the school administration to initiate a parent’s day meeting and all the other relevant stakeholders to deliberate the matter for a resolution. For instance, to ensure students’ equity and standardization, it is justifiable to begin cooking for students at school so that all the students can access food within the school premises. This will ensure students’ uniformity despite their background since some students’ family backgrounds would not be promising, and this may deprive them of the universal education system.
Nevertheless, it is obvious during winter to experience coldness. This weather condition may deprive students of accessing a quality education system due to extreme coldness. In the second case, where students are inappropriately dressed not in adjacent to the weather conditions, I would recommend for as mandatory for every student to wear a sweater as a necessary policy. I would also reinforce the same matter to the school administration to write for all parents and guardians to care for their students by ensuring they buy their heavy sweater for their children. Also, administering knowledge to students is a collective responsibility to society, and it cannot be achieved by teachers alone. Therefore, it will be against the school policy for any student to step in a school compound without complying with weather changes.
