Technique Description and how it contributes to enterprise and value creation
Value Exchange Balance Sheet enables business stakeholders to evaluate the available relationships within the business sphere that is critical for the company. In this technique, focus gets directed towards executing the strategy concerning the identified relevant existing links in the eternal environment of the company but within the business platform. An entrepreneur ought to consider the available structural, monetary, relational, physical, and human resources, among others, for the successful execution of an enterprise. Further, I noted that such resources integrate, thus affirming that successful business firms rely on, to a greater extent, relationships.
Upon the Value Exchange Balance Sheet analysis of Shippit Retail Company, I identified how it partners with critical partners in effecting such as business relations. Several strategic partners for Shippit firm contributing to financial relationships were from the Venture Investor companies. One Ventures, Equity Venture Partners, Aura Ventures, and Tidal Ventures provided financial support to cushion the firm’s business model of shipping goods throughout Australia and Asia (monetary resources). Such contributions were meant to improve the competitive advantage and provide value creation for Shippit. The venture investors, in return, benefit through receiving revenue, brand-name visibility, and enhancing association between the companies. Such adds value to the firms through marketing expertise and better branding.
Besides, Retailer Companies such as Sephora provide merchandising support and customers for Shippit and, in return, gain through revenue, brand-name visibility, and association. Partnering with carrier Service Providers like DHL provide relational and human resources in the form of merchandising support, and they get income from sales and selling support from the firm. Australia Post and Pitney Bowes firms provide structural and human resources through technological support by the enhancement of online cloud-based software for ordering and shipping of products. In return, receive Shipping services for Australia post and revenue for Pitney Bowes firms from Shippit company. Such relationships from partners provide the activating, value creation, and maintenance of Shippit’s competitive advantage.
