Persuasive evidence has been put in by the research conducted. In addition, the project has provided the proper procedures and the methodologies for conducting the research, thus giving candid and rational proofs of the many problems experienced by the healthcare servants, management, and the patients. This research, as well, has outlined the challenges and the recommendations for the better change of the healthcare systems. The following are the procedures and the findings of this essay research challenges faced by the management, patients, and the health workers.

Challenges faced by the management

The health management has experienced several challenges. These challenges include a lack of skilled and competent leaders on the board. This has resulted in the delay in the delivery of proper services required in the various health departments and units. The change of policies, regulations, and roles has been delayed for amendments. This has also resulted in regular sittings, which depletes the health care accounts of its money. Many projects planned for put up, such as intensive care unit installation equipment, expansion of ct centers facilities, have been brought to a halt. Funding from the government and other health organizations has brought to a standstill the role of management. The little funds in health care accounts have not been able to support the projects. The health care sponsors have not been supportive in lending of funds and steering the health projects.

Corrupt leaders in the management board have rampantly wasted the project funds. Embezzlement of amounts of money and other property has hindered the growth and expansion of the health systems and units. The leaders have used their opportunities for their own benefits without considering the innocent patients and the public. This waste of resources by the leaders has also blocked the health organization and other private sectors from further support with fear of waste of the funds and the health care types of equipment and facilities. Health care leaders also lack proper training and education based on the current changes in the health sector. This challenge has failed many from adopting the current changes in the sector, such as proper communication and attention to the patients as well as the needs of the health workers.

Health professionals

The survey also found that health workers encounter many challenges in their duties. Work overload has been the greatest challenge. The health workers work for several hours, leaving them no time for engaging in other personal activities. They engage in other health responsibilities due to a few staff. This has led the health workers to work beyond their comfort zones and making them exhausted from their roles. Lack of leisure time has affected them psychologically, thus raising great attention to the government in providing more health personnel to help in delegating of duties.

The health workers also face poor payment with high taxation from the government. This low payment as well has been delayed, thus impacting the health workers negatively from meeting their urgent needs. This has made many to withdraw from the field of nursing and making many to have a negative attitude. The low and delayed payments to the health workers have also created a poor working environment, thus providing poor services to the patients and health service to the public at large. Many of the health care systems have limited and access to technology. This has interfered with health workers’ activities. Complex operations require skilled technicians to offer delicate service to patients. Lack of technicians and technology types of equipment has rendered many patients to the risk of life. Several health workers lack proper training in specialized areas and thus are not able to handle technical cases that require emergencies.

Most health professionals lack proper health training. This has been brought upon by a lack of conducive environments. Lack of training has let to a lack of job performance, thus rendering unsatisfactory trust in some of the health care centers. Lack of trust by patients has led to the closure and few attendants to some of the centers. The health professionals have limited time with the patients. This is brought up by a few staff with many patients in the health centers.

Patients

Patients face a lack of adequate medical facilities. This has been a major challenge amongst patients. Some of the facilities may not be working, thus making the patients look for other alternatives from private sectors. This private-sector charges a lot of money beyond their reach. This has well let patients into chronic stages of diseases that require immediate attention or else may cause coma. The doctor-patient ratio has also been a major challenge to patients. This has rendered their lives at risk as they may fail to get immediate attention due to inadequate professionals. Patients also in public health sectors face brutality from the health providers. The harsh and rude doctors have made patients not to be at ease of relaying their health problems with fear of abuse. This lack of dignity has many patients give wrong health symptoms, and a fixed explanation to the harsh professionals’ doctor’s negligence has been the greatest challenge by the patients. Doctors may carry out operations at times out of their experience and field of knowledge. This poses risks to the patient. The outcomes may be coma or deepen disease conditions. Patients tend to lose hopes from some of the health centers and professionals. This as well as led many patients and those seeking health advice to run away from some centers to escape risks if lives

Conclusion

In conclusion, health systems should pay great attention to management, health professionals, and patients. These have been the core and the pillars of the health units that need immediate attention by the responsible health bodies. The management should adversely look into their roles and coordinate well with the health professionals to help in fostering the roles of the health systems. Proper attention to be given to the professionals and provision of the facilities and types of equipment pertaining to health is provided to avoid doubt of roles and duties in the system. These issues should be addressed so as to ensure that there is proper management within the health system. Health professionals should be trained so as to adopt the new changes in the health sector. This would increase the services and the knowledge of health professionals. These services would meet the needs of the patients, especially those who are in critical conditions.
