Seward Park in Lake Washington Boulevard neighborhood

I live in Rainier Beach, and the neighborhood I visited was Seward Park in Lake Washington. Boulevard. There were police monitors everywhere in the area. I went there twice, and I was stopped three times. It is quite unsafe to move around and take photos because of the lockdown. Regardless of that, I was able to take a trip to the area and take a few photos.

Seward Park, Lake Washington Bolivierd is a neighborhood in King County that juts out into Lake Washington. The views of the neighborhood are l, impressive homes built with most of them being modest houses filled in the lots of the lake view. Seward Park has two distinct sides, which is the waterside, and the Rainier Avenue side. The area is popularly Jewish, with a small percentage of the rich, old, and retired whites. The greenery, trails and the air is so crisp. I enjoyed the easy access to the breathtaking natural landscape, parks, and most especially the ocean view. Seward Park is presumed to be one of the best places to live in Washington. The area has a sparse suburban feel, and most residents own their homes. In Seward Park, there are restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. The predominant ethnic group is the Jewish population, with a small percentage of whites. The languages displayed on the stores and buildings are mostly English with minimal Hebrew. There were no unique stores in the neighborhood, but I noticed some unique stores near the neighborhood. One of them was the Alchemy collections that sell unique and expensive designer items for homes and offices. The accessories and decors sold include designer mirrors and lamps, which are not found in my neighborhood. Steward Park in Lake Washington also has the PCC community market nearby in Colombia city, which sells the Kosher Jewish food. The predominant food (culinary landscape) is the Kosher food, which is said to conform to the Jewish dietary regulations of kashrut eaten in the predominantly Jewish neighborhood. There is no readily visible mark of the Lake Washington Neighborhood/ You can only tell that the area is predominantly Jewish from the Israeli hats that the people living in the neighborhood put on that depict Jewish. Most of the neighborhood writings and signs are written in English, and aside from the Israel flag, the area also has quite a number of the American Flag. The majority of the people in the neighborhood are homeowners, and the houses and buildings are modernly designed.

Lake Washington neighborhood is a wealthy Jewish and whites neighborhood, unlike Rainier Beach, where the people are more of diverse, middle income, low, and minority groups such as African Americans and Hispanics. My neighborhood is filled with immigrants, unlike Lake Washington, which is full of rich Jewish, old, and retired whites.

Unlike my neighborhood, which has several unique stores such as Ethiopian mini-stores, restaurants, and coffee shops, Seward Park in Lake Washington has no unique stores. The closest stores are the PCC community market and the Alchemist store, which sells expensive stuff compared to my neighborhood. I asked around to find out why they do not have stores in their neighborhoods, and the reply was that for one to open a store in their neighborhood, the neighbors must vote and approve. In Rainier Beach, you do not need approvals; anyone can open stores as long as you meet the specifications to own a business. Another example of a culinary landscape in my area that is not found in the neighborhood I visited is the Mexican culinary influence, which is the tacos.

In the neighborhood, there is nothing about the houses and buildings that shows that the Neighborhood is Jewish. My neighborhood, on the other side, has aspects of Mexicans, Ethiopians, Somali, and general African Americans. The language displayed in the nearby stores and houses in the nearby neighborhood that I visited is predominantly English. My neighborhood, on the other side, has stores and restaurants which are displayed in English but then translated to the local language. An example is that of the Ethiopian restaurants with an Amharic translation of the name just below the English.

In Seward Park in Lake Washington, there is the nearby unique store known as the PCCC community market, which sells Kosher food for the Jews. Kosher food in Jewish means pure/clean in Hebrew. Contrary to that, my neighborhood is filled with the sounds of Ethiopian, Mexican, and hip hop music and meals because the area has large immigrants demonstrating the cultural landscape.

There is no readily visible mark of the Lake Washington Neighborhood, unlike Rnier beach, whose buildings have specific paintings and writings such as Ethiopian and Mexican shops are restaurants. For Lake Washington, you can only tell from the Israeli hearts they put on that depicts Jewish otherwise, you cannot tell from the structures or naming of the houses because almost all of them are in English. In both neighborhoods, the portraits and flags displayed are mostly American flags.

The near neighborhood has houses that are more distributed, unlike in Rainier Beach, where the houses and buildings are very close to each other. In my neighborhood, the houses are apartments and residential; the majority of Seward Park in Lake Washington Neighborhood houses are Jews and Whites homeowners. The houses in the nearby neighborhood are new and modern. Lake Washington is more of exclusively Jewish religion, unlike Rainier Beach, which has diverse religions such as churches and mosques. Compared to Lake Washington, Rainier Beach has large numbers of food stores, eating, and drinking shops. Rainier Beach also has large numbers of personal stores, repair shops, grocery stores and offers several personal services. Seward Park in Lake Washington has a fantastic water scenery view of Lake Washington that is not in my neighborhood.
