Our Story

Euan and I have settled for a simple, yet successful life, one where we achieve our goals and get the best results, without forgetting to strike some balance with true happiness and enjoyment. Such a life, we have come to realize, is impossible without a healthy diet ― one that involves only the essential nutrients, with a strict elimination of the non-essentials and unhealthy consumption behaviors.

At Female Transformation Formula (FTF), we have a nutrition philosophy of simplicity, practicality, and effectiveness ― whatever method is devoid of any of those; we consider impermissible.

As coaches, we are most particular about our clients` incredible transformation, alongside how we help them achieve this without disrupting their most-cherished lifestyle. Our clients` food consumption is vital to us, and that is why we have written this recipe book ― to reach even more people beyond our clients, ensuring they live their best healthy lives.

It is no news that people find tons of recipe books complicated, time-consuming, and requiring quite a lot of ingredients, not to mention the high-calorie content of some of these meals.

The birth of the idea of Simplicity began in July 2019 when Euan and I sold all our possessions and traveled the world, living a minimalist lifestyle. While on this trip, we needed recipes that would help us stay healthy, perform at our best, and stay in great shape.

We garnered some of such, and as we ate whole foods all that while, we realized that we were achieving much more than we desired, nutritionally. We shared these recipes with our FTF clients who asked for meal ideas, and they experienced positive results too.

It is pretty interesting having a few delicious meals we enjoyed eating and rotating through them every few weeks ― this way, food took less of our time and focus.
