Soccer Coaching
Talents are special abilities that are given to someone that makes them good at things without any unique teachings. Soccer is one of the popular games in the world that demonstrates how talent is beneficial. This game is inclusive; it is played by young and old, students and teachers. However, skills are developed and perfected for it to be of benefit. Therefore, to become a good soccer player, one needs to practice regularly. In training, there should be a trainer who is referred to as the coach. However, not everyone who knows how to play soccer can become a coach. For that reason, this study is aimed to examine the factors for effective coaching.
A good soccer coach is; Highly Confident and believe-this means that the coach has to be positive and believe that everything is possible. Answer all the questions and should not take any comment as an insult to form a bad attitude with players. On the same note, they should be an independent thinkers-a good coach must be capable of motivating players, and address them individually, be able to sell the ethos of the team to all players critically. Similarly, coaches need to be persistent-never giving up and letting go. Perceive losses as opportunities for improvement and growth for a more robust come-back.
Consequently, a coach should be proactive-it is the ability to make things happen and not worrying about what you cannot control. Finally, the coach needs to initiated and build team-work. Avoid relying on a single player, and encourage everyone to play his role.
Ray Bradbury.
Eight pieces of advice Ray Bradbury gives to the Audience.
Ray Bradbury is an author of books. He gives his Audience the following advice; he says that love is the decider of life. For that reason, people should do what they love and love what they do. He adds that books lead people through the dark and make them find the light. He advises that books build a passion that a person realizes himself and dreams. Moreover, passion is like a mirror that reflects a person. Bradbury elucidates that teachers inspire people, but the library educates, fulfills their needs, and is the answer to every question.
Furthermore, a sound library smells the dust of the whole world since it carries the knowledge from both parts of the world. He advises that one needs not to burn the books to prevent the people from reading it, get the people to stop reading them. He says that a little learning is dangerous, and if you do not know how to read, then you cannot decide. Finally, he denotes that leaders hate books since they teach people what they do not want to be taught.
What is your opinion of Ray Bradbury as an author after reading the novel and watching the interview? Explain.
My opinion is, love and passion can make a person realize his dream. Persistence, commitment, and dedication make dreams valid.
Ray Bradbury mainly used pathos (appeal to emotion) and ethos (his credibility) in his interview. Explain how each one was used in the interview.
The art of work of Bradbury is majorly based on emotions and feelings. He is in love with his work and went ahead to marry a lady in love with books. He uses personal experience to do his writing.
“I don’t try to describe the future. I try to prevent it.” Ray Bradbury, What does this quote mean? What in Fahrenheit 451 might have been written about to warn the future? Why?
He means that most of his work is intended to shed light on the readers. Readers who read his books are reborn and become new people. He keeps future knowledge in books and in people where they cannot be burnt.
“Stuff your eyes with wonder, live as if you’d drop dead in ten seconds. See the world it is more fantastic than any dream made or paid for in factories.” Ray Bradbury, What does this quote mean? How does it relate to Fahrenheit 451?
The quote means that if you want to grow big, you need to have a dream first. Then make the dream become real by making efforts and falling in love with it.
“There are worse crimes than burning books. One of them is not reading them.” –Ray Bradbury. Do you agree or disagree? Explain.
Yes, this is true. Unread books are as well as burnt since the knowledge they contain is not fetched, and when they get lost or destroyed, the knowledge is gone, thus a crime.
