Using the Internet or library, select a court case or journal article that addresses the influence of social media on employment laws within hospitality. Explain how you would create or change policy as a general manager or legal advisor that addresses the proliferation of social media apps. This assignment is a case analysis. Just be sure the case is related to hospitality -OR- make a clear connection to the impact on hospitality. For the assignment, you are being tasked with providing evaluation, analysis, or critique.
