Software Project Management Plan (SPMP) for creating a new QAHE Recreation mobile phone application (RMPA)
This report is the Software Project Management Plan (SPMP) for creating a new QAHE Recreation mobile phone application (RMPA). The project architects will be Right & Author Developers (R&A). The project is listed to take four months to perform. The SPMP is based on the Operational Concept Description (OCD) for creating RMPA. This program provides data regarding the project concerning the organization of the project, timescales, budgetary information, objectives, approach, and key stakeholder analysis.
Project Overview
RMPA will be an easily available and straightforward way for the students to sufficiently cooperate in the extracurricular activities of their choice. The App will enable students to get updates at their fingertips. The application will be designed to work on multiple platforms because it is intended to be used by students, it will be made to work with all the operating systems. It will be accessible by mobile phones, laptops, and desktops. The application will also make use of the SQL database to store user-generated information in the cloud. It will also enable the creation of a community build communication network.
Objectives of the project
Design and create an application that will help increase the engagement of the students with extracurricular activities.
Allow users to get notifications of the planned events of various clubs and societies on their mobile phones when data is active.
Allow students to have access to links and contact details for future events.
Provide the students with the freedom to publicize their events.

Project management and the development team will be organized into specialized tasks. Table 1 below represents a list of the personnel assigned specific tasks alongside their titles.
