Success
One of the most appealing things in life is to admit that one has succeeded in their encounters. However, the journey to success is not as easy as most people expect. Generally, success comes unconsciously in most cases, although sometimes proper planning may allow an individual to watch as they move towards success. Anthony Robbins came up with a strategy that has later grown to be referred to as the ultimate success formula. Generally, people will not agree that there exists a specific formula to success because if it existed, everyone would quickly become successful. However, Anthony Robbins came up with the formula and explained that the formula is unconscious and that following it leads to success and that it involves the typical activities that are generally overlooked in life. The desire to achieve the goals in life requires the implementation of a particular formula that will lead an individual towards the intended success and the formula by Robbins has appeared efficient in the cases where it has been applied.
The first step in the pursuance of a goal is to identify the outcome of the long-term goal. Generally, knowing the result of a goal, before-hand may not be an easy task but may be viewed as being simple. Besides, an outcome does not have to the exact but a way of showing the direction towards where the individual wants to be after achieving their goal (Naimah, n. p). An individual who has set a goal should have an expected outcome before moving on to the other steps of goal implementation. The identification of the outcome prepares an individual to have a direction before beginning the implementation process. Besides, a goal without an expected outcome will not have a direction and will probably not be achieved. Moreover, the outcome should be backed with a sensible outcome.
The outcome of a goal should be backed with sufficient reasons to keep an individual focused. Before embarking on the active implementation of a goal, an individual needs the answer to the question of why the outcome is essential to them. Generally, the second step is associated with coming up with the outcome. Furthermore, the question on the purpose of the outcome comes out to assist an individual while addressing the challenges that come up due to the goal they are pursuing. The main reason behind the question on purpose is to allow an individual to choose the best outcome out of a set of several outcomes. Generally, success requires one to change their outcomes in a bid to have a more convincing reason. Therefore, the journey to success does not limit an individual to specific outcomes. Moreover, the most important step in the pursuance of a dream is the ability to take action.
A goal cannot be achieved if no action is taken. After an individual has identified their outcome and developed a satisfactory reason behind the outcome, the next step is to get into action. The initial actions should be massive so that the individual can have sufficient momentum to keep them going throughout the process (Kakabadse, n. p). Also, the individual should be ready to engage in a series of actions that are aimed at making the entire process successful. The actions involve all the steps that are relevant to the implementation of the chosen outcome. Besides, the actions should be viewed as the strategies that an individual has towards achieving their pre-determined outcome. Moreover, the actions should be assessed to ensure that they are working to avoid a case where the goal fails at advanced stages.
The journey to success is not a one-day affair. Generally, a lot of time and resources are invested in the process. Failure at advanced stages may prove disastrous and heartbreaking for the victims. Therefore, the strategies employed should be checked regularly to ensure that they are working towards the direction of the initial outcome. The checking should be done at frequent intervals so that an individual is in a position to check whether they are going in the right direction (Koval, n. p). Generally, setting random outcomes throughout the process is essential in determining whether the goal is on track for achievement. When an individual realizes that the strategies are not working, they are always at liberty to change their strategies and choose strategies that are working. Also, an individual is in a better position to change their strategies if the notice in advance that the strategies are not working.
In sum, the desire to achieve the goals in life requires the implementation of a particular formula that will lead an individual towards the intended success and the formula by Robbins has appeared efficient in the cases where it has been applied. The motivations from Anthony Robbins are crucial in the journey towards success. The identification of the outcome prepares an individual to have a direction before beginning the implementation process. After an individual has identified their outcome and developed a satisfactory reason behind the outcome, the next step is to get into action. Generally, the outcome of a goal should be identified, actions taken, and an assessment is done to check whether the actions are working.
