Comments: He was tremendously versed and contented in his position with our company. He demonstrated a strong understanding of the purchasing department and coordinating with our associates in a professional and well-informed approach.

Comments: His technical skills were definitely tested during his internship with BELCHER CAFÉ. His ability to get all tasks completed under strict time limits was a demonstration of his strengths in this field.

Planning and Organization: Intern sets practical goals. Organizes and prioritizes assigned tasks. The intern is able to manage various assignments.
Comments: He focused on planning and organization with our company. He had no issue meeting the objectives he set for himself, and the objectives given to him by me. He was able to create workable programs.

Quality of Work: Intern completes assignments precisely and scrupulously. Work reflects orderliness, attention to detail, and conformity to company standards.
Comments: His attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. He worked alongside me as if he had just as much invested as I did. He had no issue meeting our company standards.

Professionalism: Intern exhibits self-confidence and maturity. Projects a professional appearance, he was willing to learn and accepted suggestions and constructive feedback.
Comments: He had a professional appearance that met the organization’s standards. He was always ready to help out past the assignments he was given.

Communication: The intern expresses verbal and written ideas effectively. Relates well with others and resolves conflicts.
Comments: I didn’t notice any conflicts with co-workers, so I cannot say whether he could resolve conflicts well, but I would assume so. He interacted very well with workers and employees. He was able to communicate all his ideas and suggestions effectively.

Overall Evaluation
The intern is excellent at Timing, knowledge of academic study, organization, and planning.
The intern needs to improve on communication skills and professional appearance.
